The book is full of detailed, actionable advice about how to proceed when specific issues come up: how to interview a job applicant who currently works for a competitor; what to do if you discover that one of your employees has brought trade secrets to you from a previous employer; what to do if one of your key employees defects to a competitor; what to do if you receive an unsolicited product idea in the mail, etc. That was it for me, I skimmed through the next several pages and decided not to continue.
